Rule 39J
Formation of Land Use Committee
(1) To conduct the land use program in the district and Section 51 of the Act. A district-level land use committee shall be formed for the purpose. (2) The committee as per sub-rule (1) shall have the chairman and members appointed by the ministry on the recommendation of the council. .
